Formea TL is a trypsin-like microbial endo-protease. It's suitable for production of dairy protein hydrolysates for low-allergenic infant formula. It's also suited to kosher and halal certified products. You can use Formea TL alone or combine it with the microbial chymotrypsin-like protease Formea CTL. Formea TL is a microbial-based protease formulated to meet infant formula standards. It generates dairy protein hydrolysates that offer increased digestibility and reduced allergenicity. You can also use Formea TL if you're producing hydrolysates for kosher and halal certified products. Formea TL eliminates the variability of animal-based trypsin preparations. This improved control allows you to develop peptide profiles with unique functionalities.
